Welcome to DJM Marketplace showcasing the diverse range of ideas and practices all designed to make better tomorrows. 

We are Bronwyn Ward-Manson and David Manson co-founders of the DJM group of companies - DJM Personnel and DJM Marketplace. We created DJM Marketplace to showcase ideas and practices of a  community of learners, a group of people who share their knowledge and ideas and who feel supported in their learning. Our community of learners include people with different areas of expertise, such as teachers, artists, and industry professionals, all of whom contribute to the group's knowledge base.  Key elements include mutual trust, a sense of belonging and a belief that learning is a collective endeavour that benefits everyone involved.

Many are self-taught having "learnt by doing" through activities like discussions, problem-solving, and creating their own projects. They have a deep understanding of their work being able to think about and apply what they are learning. Each had the courage to 'lose sight of the shore' to be able to discover their new 'oceans'.

We know human beings at our best are so creative and inventive that with the right guidance, support and information, we can create, develop, and implement systems of change that are beneficial to ourselves, other sentient beings, and the environment.

Our goal is to support both individuals and organisations to know from the experiences of others, the many pathways and processes available to succeed in making their better tomorrows. 

We know it takes just one idea, one experience, or one person to be the inspiration and impetus to change our lives for the better.

This is the purpose of DJM Marketplace - showcasing a community of learners who learn from and with others to create amazing tomorrows.
